This is something from Peugeot's design contest. Solar Electric, you can see the panels on the back below, but the cool thing is that when you start driving in the city (or, more likely, hunting for one of the rare and priceless city parking spaces) you have an advantage. Check out the next picture to see what it can do… and yes, you can apparently drive with it in that configuration, although you’d close the doors first, of course!

In her first major speech to Parliament in 2007, New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark laid down an ambitious plan of making New Zealand the world’s first greenhouse gas (GHG)-neutral country.
Among measures Clark announced include a plan that clean-burning biofuels must account for 3.4 percent of fuel sold in the country by 2012 to replace gasoline and diesel, that all 47 government agencies should be using energy efficient transport, recycled paper and environmentally-friendly products and buildings, and a campaign to help households save energy and cut waste.

Worldwide Explosion of Jellyfish Populations
An article from New York Times highlights an explosion of jellyfish populations is occurring from Spain to New York, to Australia, Japan and Hawaii. Recently on a typical summers’ day at the beach in Spain, saw 300 bathers treated for jellyfish stings.
It is reported that jellyfish are becoming more numerous and more widespread, and they are showing up in places where they have rarely been seen before.
