Endure Winter With Waihi Bush
During winter most of us make an increased effort to stay fit and healthy in the coolest, gloomiest months of the year. If you usually stock up on loads of Vitamins in preparation for the bug-ridden season, we’d like to introduce you to Waihi Bush and its range of flax seed oils, capsules, fibre, LSA and soaps.
Waihi Bush Organic Farm flax seed oil products were created by David Musgrave, owner and founder of Waihi Bush Organic Farm, for his son Oliver who suffered from acute eczema. After researching and importing flax seed oil and witnessing the amazing health benefits for himself, David created his own flax seed range grown on the family farm. With support from his wife Lorina they’ve turned the business into a great success.
Termed as a ‘functional wholefood’, using Waihi Bush Organic Farm flax seed oil every day can assist with a range of health conditions such as eczema, asthma, ADHD, athletic recovery and performance, hormonal imbalances, metabolism, PMS and immunity.
At its most basic level, these ‘good fats’ will not only give you a healthy digestive system - it’s the essential beauty tool for strong nails, shiny hair and glowing skin!
Flax seed oil is nature’s richest source of Omega-3, 6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs). Every one of us needs these EFAs to live and be healthy - but our bodies cannot make them for us, meaning we need to source these important dietary nutrients from the foods we eat.
Waihi Bush Organic Farm flax seed is grown without chemical sprays by certified organic farmers in New Zealand. Their products have organic certification from AgriQuality and the seed from which they are made is GE Free. They pride themselves on being able to trace the flax seed used in any product back to the very paddock the seed was grown in!
Their range of capsules, LSA, fibre and oils means you can add Waihi Bush Organic Farm flax seed products to your daily diet with ease. Whether you sprinkle it on your breakfast cereal, whip it up into a delicious and nutritious smoothie, or include in your baking, Waihi Bush Organic Farm flax seed products are an essential part of your daily diet.
It’s also great to know that there are specific blends for certain health and dietary requirements - from children and vegetarians to pregnant women.
